This model uses 2 gas-springs to move the hanger from fully
retracted position to fully extended position. The clothes rack is
able to extend out of the window for drying. No maintenance is
required throughout its service life. The gas-spring is replaceable
at the end of its life cycle. The base is made of electro-galvanised
steel that is unlikely to crack at its mounting holes. Plastic base
tends to crack at the mounting holes.
